Privacy Policy
Fantasy Freeride is a small, fan-made game. We collect the minimum data needed to run it, we do not sell anything, and we do not track you across the web.
What we collect
Account data
When you sign up, we store the following through Supabase Auth:
- Email address — used to log you in and, optionally, to send event reminders.
- Username — displayed on the leaderboard and your profile.
- Avatar URL — optional. If you set one, it is stored as a URL string.
Your email is never shown publicly. Only your username and avatar appear to other users.
Game data
We store your picks, predicted rankings, and scores for each event. This data is associated with your account and is used to calculate your leaderboard position.
Leaderboard scores (username + points) are visible to all users. Your exact picks are not publicly shown unless you share them yourself.
Usage and logs
We may collect basic server logs (IP address, request timestamps, browser type) as part of standard web infrastructure. These are not used for profiling and are retained only as long as the hosting provider keeps them.
We do not use third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar trackers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop.
We do not track you across sites
We do not use cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or advertising cookies. The only cookies we set are those required by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in.
Infrastructure
Supabase
Authentication and all database storage are handled by Supabase. Your data lives on Supabase-managed infrastructure. See the Supabase Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
Hosting
The app is hosted on Google Cloud Run. Standard GCP infrastructure logging applies. See the Google Cloud Privacy Notice for more.
Your data, your rights
Deleting your account
We do not yet have a self-serve account deletion flow. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it manually within a reasonable timeframe.
Leaderboard entries that reference your username may persist in anonymised aggregate form (points only, no name) after deletion.
Beta disclaimer
This service is in beta. Data handling practices may evolve as the app grows. We will update this policy when they do and note the revision date at the top of the page.
Continued use after a policy update means you accept the revised terms.
