FFL Wrap Up: 2015 Dumont Cup at Sunday River, Maine

Bobby Brown - $32,000 - Owned: 39.34%

The nearly forty percent of the league that put this slopestyle veteran on their team for the Dumont cup are surely very excited about this late season win. Bobby has had a solid contest season up to this point and it seems as if he may be gaining some momentum as he moves into the final few contests of the year.

Alex Bellemare - $30,500 - Owned: 14.14%

After qualifying third into finals, it seemed as if this would be yet another good contest finish in what has to be a landmark year for Bellemare, but unfortunately he wad not able to put down a run in finals, leaving him in 11th, just outside of the FFL point range.

James Woods - $24,500 - Owned: 14.30%

Although it seems like it has been a while since James Woods has been consistently finishing in the top five of slopestyle contests, he put on a good performance that was enough to grab him the last slot on the podium out in Sunday River. The 14.30% of the league who added James to their line up before the event are feeling good about a very valuable 72 points as the contest season tapers down.

Joss Christianson - $34,500 - Owned: 48.42%

Year after year Joss has thrived at this late season East coast contest, but this year turned out not to be his year. A late season hand injury did not stop him from going all in at this contest however he was not able to advance to finals, leaving nearly half of Fantasy Freeride hurting for points.

Gus Kenworthy - $35,000 - Owned: 68.40%

Apparently nearly 70% of FFL did not get the memo that Gus was injured at the last Grand Prix event, forcing him to have surgery and sit out the rest of this contest season. Hopefully more of the league catches on and is able to alter their team as we move into the final two events of the season.

Noah Morrison - 19,500 - Owned: 4.42%

With only three athletes finishing in the top ten that are even currently available for purchase on the FFL site, Noah Morrison's tenth place finish is a bittersweet success to anyone who had the foresight to add this young Canadian to their team. Although Noah was not able to put his run down in finals, he is definitely one to watch for in slopestyle and big air contests for years to come.
